For in person bookings cancelling up to 24 hours before the session begins may result in that lesson being marked as completed. We aim to be as fair as possible as there are many factors for cancelling last minute that can be out of your hands but we hold the right to decide whether your lesson will be counted towards your booking or not. Any missed sessions without contacting us first or delays to the start time by more then 30 minutes will be marked as completed automatically with no re-arrangement of the lesson.
